I go to pick up my new kitten tomorrow afternoon. :) I adopted him on Saturday, when I took Pooka to the vet. I hadn't really planned on it, but the kittens were so cute, and I really did want to get a kitten back when I adopted Pooka... The clinic named him Cornelius. He's eight weeks old and black with big gray eyes. I need another name for him, I think, perhaps in keeping with the faerie/mythology motif. Or with a roleplaying motif. So far the names that have been suggested/considered are Piskie, Ragabash, Magpie, Selkie, Bagheera, Nocker, Gremlin. I'm also sitting here remembering that a friend of mine once had a black kitten named Penumbra. Hm. That one might win out. Maybe I should have a Name the Kitten contest? :)

Wondering how Pooka's going to react to no longer being the only cat in the house. Kinda hoping she'll get all maternal on the little guy. God knows I am.
