I have spent far too much time today playing around with my Launchcast radio station. If you wanna see what a weird (no, no, it's not weird, it's eclectic) mix of music I like, go check it out.

I've also spent a good part of the afternoon downloading as much bluegrass as I could get my hands on--one wonders how many versions of "Cripple Creek" a person really needs. Apparently more than I have. I have to say though, I knew bluegrass had a lot in common with traditional Celtic music, but I am astounded at how similar a lot of bluegrass instrumentals are to various traditional Celtic instrumentals, especially the stuff I have by the Tannahill Weavers. Replace the pipes with a banjo and it's nearly identical.
